MI Series Worm Speed Reducers by SITI Power Transmission

Worm gear units manufactured by SITI Power Transmission are built of pressure die-cast aluminum and cast iron. These gearboxes are interchangeable with most European brands. They are available with bolt-on components to suit customers’ specific applications, like multiple output flanges per size, shaft covers, single and double output shafts, torque arms, and helical input and double worm combinations.
MI Series
The I series of worm gearboxes are compact metric reducers with round bodies. They are lighter and smaller than other American-made square cast iron designs, saving space and money. These offer ratios up to 8,000:1 with a torque range of 140-26,500 lb. MI series is separated into three types: single worm reduction, double worm reduction, and helical-worm reduction. MI series metric designs are transferable with international brands, including SWO and VF type series, and also available from US inventory.
M-I Series
Single reduction worm gears are available with 12 sizes and input power ratings of 1/8th-75 HP. They have a keyed hollow bore, with ratios from 7.5:1-100:1. These gearboxes use standard B5 or B15 motors and have optional output flanges, plug-in output shafts (single/ double), and torque limiters.
P-MI Series
Double reduction helical-worm gearboxes are available in 12 sizes with 0.125 to 5 HP input power ratings. They have a keyed hollow bore, with ratios from 75:1-400:1. These reducers use standard B5 or B14 motors, optional output flanges, and plug-in slow-speed shafts (single or double).
C-MI Series
Double-reduction compound worm gearboxes are available in 14 sizes with 0.125 to 10 HP input power ratings. They have a keyed hollow bore, with ratios from 225:1-8,000:1. These gearboxes use standard B5 or B14 motors and have optional output flanges, plug-in slow-speed shafts (single/ double), and torque limiters.
