Italvibras Foot Mounted Electric Vibrators MVSI 

MVSI series of foot-mounted electric vibrators are a type of vibrating machine with centrifugal force values up to 67200 Ibs (300kN). It is adjustable by varying eccentric weights position. They guarantee high performance in all conditions and environments and execute with the most recent IEC and EN international standards for use in potentially explosive atmospheres with hazardous locations.

The MVSI series are lubricated in the factory and do not require further lubrication at start-up. They can be fixed in all positions without any restrictions.

Ambient Temperature

From -4°F to +104°F (-20°C to +40°C). Options for higher or lower temperatures are available on request.

Electric Motor

Three-phase asynchronous type that is designed for maximum starting torques and torque curves specific to the requirements of vibrating machines. Insulated windings using vacuum enclosing up to sizes AF33 and 35 included; utilizing the “drop by drop” stream system with class H resin for larger sizes. The rotor is made of die-cast aluminum.

Bearings

They are particularly designed for Italvibras, suitable to support both high radial and axial loads.

Motor Shaft

In treated steel alloy (Isothermal hardening) resistant to stress.
