Malmedie Flange Couplings

Malmedie Flange Coupling combines four couplings: Gear Coupling LX, Barrel Coupling TK, Disc Coupling LK, and Elastic Coupling EK, "four in one," the modular system for couplings between motor and gearbox. 

S series of reliable and highly innovative Flange Coupling is a modular system with "interchangeable" inserts, each of a different mechanical style. Utilizing standard hubs, the center section of the assembly can be either an Elastic type insert, a Gear type insert, a Barrel type insert, or a Disc type of insert.

With the"Four in On" system, standard components can be utilized, with the differences in each coupling being only the type of insert. The coupling series"""" is available with brake discs (BS) or without brake discs (B). Here is an example of the designation code of Flange Coupling:
