Nidec Inline Planetary Gear Reducers PRF

The PRF is a new generation of economy high precision gear reducer adapted into a wide range of servo and stepper motor axes. The reducer features a B5-style square output flange for conveniently mounting machinery or linear actuators and can easily adapt to any motor. Their flexible, reliable, and cost-effective design provides maximum heat reduction and efficient operation through the use of special lubricants and seals.

• Carburized helical gears provide high accuracy and smooth & quiet operation.

• Uncaged needle roller bearings provide high torque density and torsional rigidity.

• An optimized mounting system with active centering on the motor pilot diameter guarantees the alignment of the motor. The motor can be installed in any position.

• The ring gear is mounted into the housing, not welded or pressed, providing a high concentricity and elimination of speed vibration.

• The labyrinth input design provides heat reduction and increases the system's efficiency.
