Perma FLEX 

Perma FLEX automatic lubrication system can be used for inside and outside applications at temperatures ranging from  -4 °F to 140  °F (-20 °C to 60 °C). The discharge period setting is flexible and can be adjusted from 1 - 12 months using the dial on top of the lubricator. Perma FLEX is available in two main sizes, 60 cc, and 125 cc. 

The lubrication system comes fully assembled and ready to use. Just turn the dial to the desired discharge period, and the system will be activated.

perma FLEX is a compact, ready-to-use single-point automatic lubrication system as a complete unit. It can be utilized for a variety of applications at temperatures ranging from -4 °F to 140 °F / -20 °C to 60 °C. The discharge period setting is flexible enough and can be adjusted from 1 to 12 months using the dial on top of the lubricator. The required pressure appears via an electronically controlled chemical reaction that comes out to supply the lubrication point with fresh lubricant regularly. This lubrication system is available in two main sizes, 60 ccs and 125 ccs. Installation of this lubrication system is possible in all directions, as shown below.

 


perma FLEX Mounting Types

Following the installation guide before installing a lubricator is vital to prevent basic mounting errors. There are many possibilities for mounting, depending on local conditions. This lubrication system is available in two mounting types - Direct and Remote.

 

Direct Mounting

Direct mounting is suggested for all lubrication points, which protect the lubrication system from high pressure. It is vital to mention that all oil-filled perma FLEX appears with a combined oil-containing valve.

 

Remote Mounting

Remote mounting is recommended if,

  • the lubrication system meets with mechanical forces (e. g. falling rocks) 

  • the lubrication point meets with high vibrations 

  • it is difficult or dangerous to access the lubrication point 

  • the current temperature of the lubrication point is permanently higher than +60 °C 

  • direct access is impossible to the lubrication point not to create safety issues (e. g. removal of protective screens, safety walls, or cages).

Remote installations of oil-filled perma FLEX require an oil-containing valve at the lowest point of the application, which will prevent oil leakage from the lubrication system.

perma FLEX is suitable for all applications and industries, providing reliable lubrication even in extremely dusty and moist environments. The extensive operating range allows it to be used in various indoor and outdoor applications. If necessary, the discharge period is possible to conform even after activation. It can be switched off during more extended non-operation periods.
