Pneumatic Fittings & Tubing & Accessories

Pneumatic Fittings & Tubing & Accessories

In a pneumatic system, the compressed gases are transported to where they are needed through a network of pipes, robust hoses, or flexible tubing. The most used pneumatic tubes are Polyurethane tubes and Polyamide flame resistant tubes.

Pneumatic fittings are used to link sections of pipe, tube, and hose. These fittings are characterized by having tight seals and low-pressure requirements.

Shock absorbers reduce the speed of loads smoothly and securely using the least possible force and in the shortest time.

HVH Industrial offers a wide range of pneumatic fittings, tubings, and shock absorbers.

HVH Industrial works with manufacturers' specialized engineering teams to meet our customers' requirements and highest quality standards.

Pneumatic Shock Absorbers

Pneumatic shock absorbers are a type of shock absorber that harnesses the power of pressurized air to absorb the shock of moving objects and are utilized in a variety of industries, ranging from automotive suspension systems and aircraft landing gears to industrial machinery.

At the heart of this innovative solution lies a simple design, consisting of a cylinder packed with pressurized air, a piston, and a shock-absorbing valve. The pressurized air inside the cylinder serves to soften the blow of any impact, converting the energy into a minimal amount of heat. The shock-absorbing valve, on the other hand, enables the air pressure to be fine-tuned to fit the requirements of the specific application.

As a moving object encounters the shock absorber, the piston inside the cylinder compresses the air. The air is then gradually expelled through the shock-absorbing valve, thereby releasing the energy of the moving object in a controlled manner, preventing damage and efficiently dissipating the impact.

It's easy to see why pneumatic shock absorbers are considered a top choice for applications requiring high levels of damping. Their superior damping capabilities, combined with their lightweight nature, make them ideal for applications in automotive suspension systems and aircraft landing gears, just to name a few.

One Touch Fittings

Pneumatic one-touch fittings, a type of air fitting system, are designed to simplify and speed up the connection process for airlines in pneumatic systems. The push-in design of these fittings obviates the requirement for tools and seals, making them an ideal solution for applications where swiftness and versatility are essential.

The pneumatic one-touch fittings are created with the objective of being used in a broad range of scenarios, including high-pressure and high-vibration environments, and are capable of connecting different types of hoses and tubes, including but not limited to polyurethane and nylon. Installation is effortless, and the fittings' durability and resistance to extreme temperatures and pressures make them a reliable choice for various industries.

One of the standout features of these fittings is their remarkable reliability, as they are designed to provide a secure connection that can withstand a variety of conditions, including extreme temperatures and pressure. Pneumatic one-touch fittings also minimize the likelihood of leaks and other problems that are common with traditional fittings, ensuring that the connection remains stable even under demanding conditions.

The most widely used form of one-touch fittings is the push-to-connect (PTC) type, which features a stainless-steel sleeve that gets pushed onto the tube. The internal collet of these fittings grabs the tube and creates a leak-proof connection that can be effortlessly released by pushing the sleeve back.

The ease of use and reliability of one-touch fittings make them a preferred choice for various applications that necessitate frequent connection and disconnection of airlines. Additionally, these fittings are perfect for applications where a secure and steadfast connection, capable of withstanding high pressures and temperatures, is a must.

PU and PA Tubes

PU tubes are made from polyurethane plastic which is a type of thermoplastic that can be easily molded into different shapes and sizes. PU tubes are typically lightweight and flexible, making them ideal for use in tight spaces or difficult-to-access areas. They are also resistant to abrasion and corrosion, making them a great choice for a variety of industrial and commercial applications. PU tubes are usually used in pneumatic systems, where they are most commonly used to transport air to and from different components, such as air compressors or air cylinders.

Polyamide (PA) tubes are a type of thermoplastic tubing made from polyamide resin, which is a strong and flexible material, making them ideal for a variety of applications, including automotive and medical.

One of the defining characteristics of polyamide tubes is their impressive resistance to a broad spectrum of chemicals, oils, fuels, and other hazardous substances, as well as their ability to withstand abrasions and impacts. This makes them a preferred choice for many industries, especially in the automotive sector, where they are widely utilized as fuel and oil lines, or fuel hoses.

With the capability to withstand extreme temperatures and their inherent resistance to corrosion and UV radiation, it's no wonder why polyamide tubes are often selected for applications where long-term performance is critical. These tubes are not only durable but also cost-effective and convenient to work with, making them an ideal solution for many applications.
