Industrial Timing Belts Supplier
The timing belt or timing chain is a part of an internal combustion engine that synchronizes the rotation of the crankshaft and the camshaft(s) so that the engine's valves open and close appropriately during each cylinder's intake and exhaust strokes.
The synchronous belts are made from neoprene material that can withstand a wide range of temperatures and maintain flexibility. They are also made of compound rubber, which can provide great oil and abrasion resistance. They can be used for a variety of high-quality machines and tools.
HVH Industrial works with the specialized engineering teams of manufacturers to meet our customer's requirements and the highest quality standards.

What are Synchronous Belts
Synchronous Belts, commonly known as Timing Belts are a relatively new thing in the world of industrial belts. Created in 1954 Timing Belts are made with a much higher degree of precision than V-Belts. The Timing Belts are basically known as Toothed Belts. The advantages of Timing Belts are a lower cost, less noise, and reduced friction losses. On the other hand, the disadvantage is that like any other belt this one also wears over time and requires a replacement. Timing Belts can deal with up to 600 HP. Timing belts come in three main types: H-Type (HTD), S-Type (STPD), and Classical. HVH Industrial is a supplier of timing or synchronous belts, so you can check the catalog of timing belts and find the right belt for you.
Types of Synchronous Belts
H-Type
The H-type Timing Belts, commonly known as HTD, have a round tooth profile. There are single-sided and double-sided HTDs. The H-Type Timing Belts are available in 3mm, 5mm, 8mm, 14mm, and 20mm pitches.
S-Type
The S-Type belts are commonly known as STPD The tooth gear design is circular. These belts are mainly used in Europe and Asia. There are single-sided and double-sided STPDs. S-Type Timing Belts are available in 3mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, 8mm, and 14mm pitches.
Classical
There are single-sided and double-sided Classical Timing Belts. They consist of four components: Cable Tension Member, Polychloroprene Backing, Polychloroprene Teeth, and Nylon Facing. Classical Series Timing Belts are manufactured in 5 pitch sizes, XL, L, H, XH, and XXH.
