The PMB series is a custom-engineered Permanent Magnet Electrically Released Braking solution designed explicitly for small motor applications. These brakes provide high torque braking solutions for motor diameters less than 30 mm. They are the best alternatives to the SMB series of Spring-applied Brakes in cases where installation space and backlash are limited.
