Maintenance-Free Spherical Bushings

Maintenance-free spherical bushings are structured from an outer ring with a special PTFE liner reinforced with copper alloy meshes on the sliding surface and a spherical inner ring with hard chromium plating sliding surface. Creep deformation is not much due to the total load, and wear resistance prevails. That is why they are maintenance-free and can be used for extended periods without re-lubrication.

Maintenance-free spherical bushings are particularly suitable in cases where fixed directional loads are applied, such as in food processing machines and construction machinery.
