Nidec 3000 Pulley Inline Cycloidal Gear Reducers

3000 Pulley Inline Cycloidal Gear Reducers offer a compact footless drive option available in 3 different assembly versions: integral pulley, hollow shaft, and a combination of both. They are available in 3 main frame sizes (B, C, D) and the same ratios as the 3000 Standard Circulute. 

The pulley-style cycloidal is a unique drive package, as it could also be used as a speed reducer or increaser. Some examples are as follows:

• Spindle axis on metal cutting machinery: The Input is a hollow shaft to work as a speed increaser, and the Output shaft is a pulley assembly.

• Agitator or mixing applications: The input is driven by the pulley, Output is a hollow shaft connecting to the agitator shaft.

• Two-speed shifter: Two gearboxes in parallel, with Input driven by pulleys, Output is a flange or ring housing for the first gear reducer, and Output is a hollow bore for the second gear reducer.

• Larger turn tables or indexing: Input is driven by the pulley, Output is either a flange or ring housing allowing the gearbox housing to rotate with the table.
