Nidec 3000 Standard Inline Cycloidal Gear Reducers

The Circulute 3000 (ER) series Inline Cycloidal Gear Reducer is a good solution when requiring a robust gear reducer in a compact package. The cycloidal design provides a large amount of contact surface area between the wheel and the pins, allowing it to handle unstable loads well and minimize wear. The maximum input of 60 HP, and frame sizes of A-F allow the implementation of multiple reductions when required. A variety of mounting options are available, such as:

Input Mounting Configurations

NEMA C-face with quill style input, Input shaft mount, Structural mounts such as a “Top Mount” and “Shovel Base Mount”, etc.

Output Mounting Configurations

Ring Mount, Base Mount, Flange Mount, and Horizontal or Vertical Shaft.

Nidec also offers custom designed 3000 series Inline Cycloidal Gear Reducers intended for specific environmental conditions such as food-grade critical exposure, IP65 or heavy washdown, extremely high or low-temperature conditions, and others.
