They are available in a wide range of pitches, metric, imperial, self-tracking, and specialty, and can be made from aluminum, stainless steel, steel, or Delrin, with surface finishes that improve durability, corrosion resistance, or appearance.
Customization options include flanging styles, hub configurations, and tooth gap designs for reduced or/ zero backlash, ensuring accurate belt engagement and smooth, quiet operation.
With in-house CNC machining and engineering expertise, BRECOflex can produce most custom pulleys quickly, making them a dependable solution for both prototypes and production runs.
