Double Stage Regenerative Blower

In the case of regenerative blowers, the number of impellers determines how efficient the equipment is.  Double-stage models are used to generate high pressure.

There is a unique transition between the two stages inside the unit. Through it, the flows must go through a second circular treatment cycle, which will complete the formation of the desired pressure value.

Two-stage regenerative blowers have an efficiency rating of 80%. This is not the maximum possible value, but even this helps make many production processes easier.

Statistically, two-stage blowers are about twice as efficient as their single-stage counterparts. However, such devices will also require a higher investment.
