Grease lubricated ZBG series of Gear Couplings are highly suitable for railway applications such as metros or high-speed trains. These high-quality couplings are ready to use in the case of millions of kilometers of track, icy Siberian temperatures, extreme heat, dusty conditions, maximum starting torques and revolution speeds, and radial or axial shocks at high speeds. Therefore, whatever conditions are there, anyway the ZBG couplings provide maximum safe, reliable, and effective operation.

The torsionally rigid curved-tooth gear couplings have a robust, weight-optimized design. Heavy parts are directly connected to the motor or gear unit shafts; the coupling inner components compensate for any operational misalignments. The patented slip hub protects the drive system. Sealed grease chambers prevent the lubricant from escaping and eliminate the potential fire risk.
