Luff Impact Bars are constructed from a high-performance urethane material specifically engineered to absorb and disperse impact energy rather than amplifying it through "rebound," which prevents premature belt wear. Each bar features a mechanically attached UHMW cap and a flat surface that ensures a superior seal compared to traditional impact idlers. For maximum durability, these bars include a heavy-duty extruded aluminum insert that provides rigidity and allows for quick, cost-effective replacement using standard bolts. Additionally, the system is designed with two slide-out sections, making it incredibly easy to remove and replace bars during routine maintenance.
