Luff Impact Slider Beds
Luff Impact Slider Beds are custom-engineered in collaboration with an in-house team to ensure a perfect match for your specific requirements and a hassle-free installation. These beds feature rugged, heavy-duty impact frames designed to absorb shock and support the conveyor belt through the harshest load zones. The specialized impact bars combine energy-absorbing urethane with a low-friction UHMW surface to withstand heavy impacts while significantly reducing belt wear. To further optimize performance, these beds include center impact rolls that reduce belt drag, minimize heat buildup, and prevent excessive bar wear. They are available in standard lengths of 18”, 48”, 60”, and 72” to fit a wide variety of industrial material flows.
