The NEFF TGT Trapezoidal Screw Drives combine precision-rolled trapezoidal-threaded spindles with matching trapezoidal nuts to create robust and efficient linear drive systems. Manufactured to DIN 103 standards, the rolled threads offer high surface quality and strength, resulting in smooth operation and minimal backlash.
The standard red brass nuts (material 2.1090, G-CuSn7ZnPb, RG7) are available in both cylindrical and flanged versions, while alternative nut materials such as bearing bronze, plastic, or steel are also offered for varied performance needs. This system ensures reliable performance with excellent load capacity and durability.
