Nidec High-Speed Inline Planetary Gear Reducers VRS

The VRS series of High-Speed Inline Planetary Gear Reducers are suitable for demanding continuous-duty applications with high nominal speeds and longer service life requirements. 

The nominal speed of the reducer is 4,500 rpm perfectly matching continuous-duty servo motors. Their design minimizes heat build-up, maximizes efficiency and there is no-load running torque.

Key Features

• Carburized helical gears with a proprietary secondary finishing process for higher accuracy and smooth, quiet operation.

• Uncaged needle roller bearings provide high torque density and torsional rigidity.

• An optimized mounting system with active centering on the motor pilot diameter guarantees aligns the ment of the motor. The motor can be installed in any position.

• The ring gear is mounted into the housing, not welded or pressed, providing a high concentricity and elimination of speed vibration.

• The labyrinth input design provides heat reduction and increases the system's efficiency.
