PowerGear is a versatile, highly configurable, and robust spiral bevel gear reducer suitable for various power transmission and motion control applications. Their modular design has various shaft configurations and driving orientations to meet any application requirements: torque amplification, speed increase or reduction, inertia matching, or turning a right angle to save space. All 6 sides of the gear reducer can be used for mounting.

PowerGear frame sizes range from 27mm to 450mm, is the best suited for small medical equipment and large earth-moving machinery. The product features the highest torque

density in the industry ranging from 2.2Nm to 10,500Nm with 98% efficiency which helps to save energy costs.

Mounting adapters are available for servo, stepper, or AC induction motors. High Torque, High Speed, Reduced Backash, and Cooling options are available for the most demanding duty cycles or environments.
