Nidec Right Angle Worm Gear Reducer EJL

The EJL series High Precision Right-Angle Worm Gear Reducer is a perfect solution for servo applications requiring high accuracy and dynamic performance. It is available in 3 backlash levels, <1 arc-min, to be used in various applications. Output versions include single and dual shafts, hollow bore with keyway, hollow bore with shrink disc, and robotic ISO flange.  

The worm gear reducer is available in ratios of 90:1 in a single stage and maximum acceleration torque of 6250Nm. 

Hardened and ground worms and bronze alloy wheels ensure high torque density, quiet and smooth operation, and high-ranking load absorption. Oversized taper roller bearings adjust high radial forces. Tapered bearing input with constant preload overall allowable temperature ranges.
