Cast Manganese Steel Riveltess Chains are patented designed chains suitable for a variety of applications. The chain design provides an excellent fit and smooth operation. The unique sidebar design contributes significantly to the life and strength of the chain by providing additional surface contact area and offering protection to the pin head.
The chain's high efficiency provides 11%-14% wear life in coal processing applications, 27% good surface contact area compared to drop forged rivetless chain, and 2% chrome to resist corrosion. The chain teeth can be replaced easily without removing the chain from the sprockets.
