Coltri Ace I Booster Compressors

The Coltri Ace I Booster Compressors are high-performance, 2-stage units designed for compressing breathing air, helium, nitrogen, and argon with intake pressures from 2 to 8 bar and a maximum working pressure of up to 420 bar. Built for reliability and durability, they feature a monobloc aluminum structure, a forged steel crankshaft, and forced lubrication on the 2nd and 3rd stage cylinders via a gear pump.

Components such as hard nicasil-coated aluminum cylinders, special treated steel, and stainless steel valves ensure longevity and performance. Additional features include oversized stainless steel interstage cooling pipes, a double final separator, safety valves after each stage, and an oil level sensor—making the Ace I ideal for demanding industrial and breathing air applications.
