Helical Bevel Geared Lean Motors

Two series of helical bevel geared lean motors are available: KLM: Versatile and highly rigid, for exceptional backlash stability, and KLLM: Elegant, compact, and completely without offset.

KLM Series

The very rigid gear units in this series feature high-quality helical gears that guarantee unsurpassed smooth operation and backlash stability. K gear units paired with Lean motors are a winning combination, especially due to the extremely compact, rugged geometry of the housing at an exceptionally low weight. And its efficiency is excellent thanks to the motor’s IE5 classification rating.

KLLM Series

The jointless, torsion-resistant block design and directly attached Lean motor form an extremely stable drive unit.

The motor shaft and gear unit output are on the same level, which makes the design of your machine or system so much simpler.

The geared motors of this series are mainly used when applications call for low weight, small installation space, and, above all, high energy efficiency. For more productivity and profitability.
