Italvibras Flanged Electric Vibrators VB-E

The VB-E series is an Increased Safety Electric Vibrator with Double Tapered Mounting Flange They are designed for use in industrial processes in environments with potentially explosive atmospheres, caused by gas and dust. The range of centrifugal force extends up to 11000 Ibs (49 kN), eccentric weights not included. The casing is made from spheroidal cast iron material to have high strength and optimal elasticity.

Power supply

Three-phase voltage from 220V to 690V, 50Hz or 60Hz; variable frequency (in the presence of PTC thermistor) from 20Hz to the base frequency with constant torque load profile type PWM.

Electric Motor

Three-phase asynchronous type. Designed for maximum starting torques and torque curves specific to the requirements of vibrating machines. Insulated windings using a “drop by drop” system with class H resin. The rotor is die-cast aluminum. They are assembled vertically with a double-conical flange. 

Bearing Flange 

The two flanges, made in spheroidal cast iron, are characterized by an external tapered diameter for fixing in the vibrating machine.

Terminal Box

The box includes a complect of tools used to fix the vibrator to the vibrating machine. The electrical connection must be carried out utilizing the attached connectors situated inside the connection box.
