Martin QC1+ Primary Belt Cleaner PV
Martin QC1+ is a new evolution in belt cleaner technology designed to provide high productivity during operation while simultaneously reducing costs. They are engineered to clean bulk material from conveyor belts and can accommodate belt widths up to 120 inches (3,000 mm) with belt speeds up to 1500 fpm (7.5 m/s).
Manufactured with Martin’s Constant Angle Radial (CARP) technology, the cleaner’s curved blade simply cleans the belt better, minimizing transfer. The blade design maintains consistent contact with the belt and constant belt cleaning pressure as it wears, so its effective cleaning performance lasts longer.
