Martin Typhoon Air Cannon
Martin-Manufactured Typhoon Air Cannon is a pneumatic, bulk material-moving system that quickly releases compressed air into a storage vessel to restore flow to clinging, bridging, rat-holing, or arching material. This air cannon features a hybrid valve concept that provides more force, uses less air, and makes maintenance easy in challenging applications with limited budgets.
The Typhoon Air Cannons are widely used in mining, cement, power generation, and bulk material handling with materials like coal, ore, sand, cement, and other bulk solids.

Requires only one airline to fill the tank and trigger the valve

Air cannon assembly features a rigid steel mount and tolerates some vibration

The complete valve assembly can be removed easily and replaced in a minute, working from one side of the tank. There is no need to ever remove the tank from the vessel for service.

Upgrade existing older technology air cannons using normally open solenoids without the need for replumbing the system.
