Nidec TwinGear Bevel Gear Reducer
TwinGear series Bevel Gear Reducer uses the power of hypoid primary stage and a helical secondary stage offering power, compactness, and precision. High torsional stiffness and <6 arc-minutes of backlash make the product ideal for dynamic motion control applications. With 15-75:1 ratios and 11,250Nm maximum acceleration torque, the TwinGear can be applied in a wide range of harsh environments.
TwinGear can be utilized in the narrowest spacings. Solid shaft, dual shaft, hollow shaft, and shrink disc mounting interfaces provide the ultimate flexibility for machine designers. Rated up to 8,000rpm, this gearbox outperforms high-speed, continuous-duty applications while staying quiet and cool.
