These chains offer custom flights and flight assemblies. The pins, crafted from premium alloy steel, undergo heat treatment for superior strength and toughness, with a core that is through-hardened for exceptional impact resistance and a surface that is induction-hardened for extended wear resistance. 

Bushings, made from premium alloy steel, are heat-treated for superior strength, with a through-hardened core for toughness and impact resistance, and a surface that is case-hardened for ultimate wear resistance. Sidebars, constructed from alloy or premium carbon steel, are through-hardened for superior strength, toughness, and fatigue resistance. Optional induction-hardened sidebar edges further enhance wear resistance. 

Proprietary manufacturing processes ensure consistent hole quality and precise pitch control, while a high-quality hole finish increases fatigue resistance. These feeder/breaker chains find typical applications in underground and above-ground feeder/breakers, as well as dozer trap-style feeders and submerged flight systems.
