The pins, made of alloy or premium carbon steel, are heat-treated for superior strength and toughness. They are through-hardened at the core for exceptional impact resistance and case or induction hardened on the surface for extended wear resistance. The bushings, also crafted from alloy or premium carbon steel, undergo heat treatment for superior strength and are through-hardened at the core for toughness and impact resistance. 

Precision machining ensures smooth bearing surfaces and a high interference fit with sidebars, preventing pin rotation and sidebar wear. Sidebars, made from alloy or premium carbon steel, are through-hardened for superior strength, toughness, and fatigue resistance. Proprietary manufacturing processes maintain consistent hole quality and precise pitch control, while favorable residual stresses resist fatigue for extended chain life. These chains find typical applications in bulk material handling, bucket elevators, feeders, and drag conveyors.
