WINKEL Bearings Adjustable with OILAMID Insert 4.052 P
4.052 P series of precision bearings are adjustable with highly resistant, self-lubricant Polyamide known as OILAMID. The bearings are available with a flange plate.
These bearings guarantee reliable, effective, and long lifetime used in a wide range of high-speed applications.
Bearing Relubrication

Light surface conservation with commercial spray oil will be sufficient for applications such as warehouses and machine halls, and regular relubrication every six months.

In case of particular environmental conditions such as dust, incur of dirt, moisture, outdoor operations, and temperatures over 40 degrees, frequent load changes (continuous operation), the bearings should be lubricated at least one time per month.

WINKEL bearings fully complement cylindrical rollers, which are lifetime lubricated for one shift and unsafe operation.
Dimensions
The dimension (A) adjustment is given by an insert positioned between the main body of the bearing and the OILAMID insert. By the way, notice that it is recommended to mill the axial raceway of the profile at high axial forces.
