WINKEL Heavy Duty Precision Bearings PR 3.054 – PR 3.063
PR 3.054 – PR 3.063 types of heavy-duty precision bearings guarantee maximum resistance against dirt for heavy-duty applications in the foundry, mining, and building material industries. It should be mentioned that radial bearings are lubricated from the face side, while the axial bearings are shock-resistant ball bearings with 2 RS seals, lubricated for life.
Bearing Relubrication

WINKEL bearings fully complement cylindrical rollers, which are lifetime lubricated for one shift and unsafe operation.

In case of particular environmental conditions such as dust, incur of dirt, moisture, outdoor operations, and temperatures over 40 degrees, frequent load changes (continuous operation), the bearings should be lubricated at least one time per month.

Light surface conservation with commercial spray oil will be sufficient for applications like warehouses and machine halls and regular relubrication every six months.

Cylindrical rollers have flat ground heads made of En 31-SAE 52100 steel hardened at 59 – 64 HRC.

Outer rings are made of case-hardened steel UNI 16 CrNi 4 at 62+2HRC

Inner rings are made of steel En 31-SAE 52100
