Rosta Oscillating Mountings AU
AU type of Oscillating Mountings are maintenance-free elastic joints used to suspend the high vibration of conveying troughs, screens, sorters and other devices caused by eccentric drives or unbalanced motors with directed oscillation. They are primarily used for installations with an effective distance between the single units (rocker length A) in special designed small shakers and troughs. For example, AS type spacing doesn't fit the construction.
The AU elements are mounted on the trough by fixing flanges. The housings are available with either right-or-left hand threads. They are jointed by a threaded rod (provided by customer).
The rocker housings are made from die-cast aluminum, AU 50 and 60 types are made from spherical graphite cast iron. All cores have fixing plates made of steel.
