Bimba FQP4 Flow Control Valve
Bimba FQP4 is a unidirectional, manual-operated flow control valve from the Quik-Flo FQP Series, specifically engineered to regulate the speed of pneumatic actuators by metering exhaust airflow. This robust valve features a die-cast chrome-plated zinc alloy body with Buna-N seals, allowing it to operate reliably in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +75°C. It is designed for easy installation and precise tuning, utilizing a 1/4" NPT male port, a 3/8" OD push-to-connect fitting, and a recessed screwdriver slot for manual adjustments. With a maximum operating pressure of 150 psi and a controlled flow rate of 0.44 Cv, the FQP4 provides consistent, professional-grade performance for industrial automation circuits.
