DC Electric Vibrators are rugged, durable, high speed, high frequency, 12 Volt and 24 Volt vibrators suitable for mobile applications such as concrete pumps, grizzlies, mobile bins and hoppers, ice control and sand spreaders, and dump trucks including large tri-axle coal bucket trucks, fertilizer spreaders, and farm equipment. They clean and aid the flow of material from bins and chutes ensuring fast dumping of trucks, highway equipment, etc.

DC-20, -50, and -100 vibrators are available in steel, plastic, and aluminum housings. The vibrator package includes an accessory kit with wires, switches, and terminals for adequately installing the vibrator.

As adjustable electric vibrators, DC vibrators solve a variety of vibrating problems like speeding the flow of bulk materials through any size bin, hopper, or chute - packing material in drums and bags - consolidating concrete - and in this case, a DC60 SandBlaster keeps salt and sand moving for roadway safety in freezing winter conditions.
