Vibco CCW-5000 railroad Car-Shaker

The CCW-5000 model of heavy-duty pneumatic turbine vibrator is a quiet railroad car-shaker that has replaced the noisy piston railroad car shaker in the last few years. It replaces 3” and 4” piston vibrators. It fits all standard wedge brackets on hopper railroad cars. 

The CCW-5000 models ensure a high force of up to 7000 Ibs widely used for cleaning out chemical salts, iron ore, malt, calcium carbide, marble, bauxite, potash, tri-sodium phosphate, gypsum, borax, and similar materials.
