Autonics PRD18-14DN - Cylindrical long distance Inductive proximity sensor

The Autonics PRD18-14DN is a non-flush installation sensor with an Ø18 mm sensing side and a 14 mm sensing distance, offering a hysteresis of up to 10% of the sensing distance and a standard sensing target of 40×40×1 mm iron. It operates at 12–24 VDC (ripple ≤ 10%, 10–30 VDC range), draws up to 10 mA, and provides a control output up to 200 mA with a residual voltage of ≤ 1.5 V, and it features a red indicator LED. Protection includes surge, short over-current, and reverse polarity circuits; insulation resistance ≥ 50 MΩ, dielectric strength of 1,500 VAC 50/60 Hz for 1 minute; vibration tolerance of 1.0 mm at 10–55 Hz for 2 hours; and shock tolerance of 500 m/s² for 3 times. It operates in ambient temperatures −25 to 70 °C (storage −30 to 80 °C) and 35–95% RH (no freezing), is IP67 rated, and uses a standard black PVC cable. The housing is nickel-plated brass with Ø8 mm sensing side, SUS303 connector, nickel-plated iron washer, and PBT sensing side.
