Autonics PRD30-15DN - Cylindrical long distance Inductive proximity sensor

The Autonics PRD30-15DN is a flush installation sensor with a Ø30 mm sensing side and a 15 mm sensing distance, offering hysteresis up to 10% of the sensing distance and a standard sensing target of 45×45×1 mm iron. It operates at 12–24 VDC with ripple ≤ 10% (10–30 VDC range), draws up to 10 mA, and provides a control output up to 200 mA with a residual voltage of ≤ 1.5 V, indicated by a red LED. Protection includes surge, short over-current, and reverse polarity circuits; insulation resistance ≥ 50 MΩ and dielectric strength of 1,500 VAC 50/60 Hz for 1 minute. It endures vibration of 1.0 mm at 10–55 Hz for 2 hours and shock of 500 m/s² for three impacts. Operating temperature is −25 to 70 °C (storage −30 to 80 °C) and humidity ranges from 35 to 95% RH (no freezing). The unit is IP67 rated and uses a standard black PVC cable. The housing is nickel-plated brass with a sensing side, and includes a SUS303 connector, a nickel-plated iron washer, and a PBT sensing side; it is designed for robust flush installation.
