Autonics TC4Y-14R - Temperature Controller
The Autonic TC4Y-14R is a DIN-sized controller (W72×H36mm) with a 4-digit 7-segment LED display and supports control methods including ON/OFF, P, PI, PD, and PID. It accepts thermocouple inputs (K with CA, J with IC, L with IC) and RTD inputs (DPt100Ω, Cu50Ω), with a 100 ms sampling cycle. Output options include a relay (250VAC, 3A) or SSR drive (12VDC special string) for ON/OFF, phase, or cycle control, and it offers an optional Alarm 1 output. Power is 100-240VAC at 50/60Hz. Display accuracy for RTD is PV ±0.5% or ±1°C at room temperature (23°C ±5°C) or PV ±0.5% or ±2°C outside the range, whichever is higher, reported to ±1 digit; for thermocouples, PV accuracy is the same at room temperature and outside range. Hysteresis is adjustable from 1 to 100°C/°F (0.1 to 50.0°C/°F). Proportional band ranges from 0.1 to 999.9°C/°F, with integral and derivative times from 0 to 9999 seconds, and a control period from 0.5 to 120.0 seconds. It includes a manual reset from 0.0 to 100.0% and operates in ambient temperatures from -10 to 50°C (storage -20 to 60°C) with 35 to 85% RH humidity (storage 35 to 85% RH).
