Autonics TC4M-14R - Temperature Controller
The Autonics TC4M-14R is a compact DIN-sized controller (W72×H72mm) with a 4-digit 7-segment LED display and supports ON/OFF, P, PI, PD, and PID control. It accepts thermocouples K, J, and L and RTDs Pt100Ω and Cu50Ω, with a 100 ms sampling cycle, and offers a control output as a relay (250VAC, 3A) or an SSR drive (12VDC, special string), plus an optional Alarm 1 output. Powered by 100-240VAC at 50/60Hz, it provides display accuracy of 0.5% or 1°C (or ±1 digit, depending on which is higher) for RTD and thermocouple inputs, both at room temperature and outside the range, with adjustable hysteresis from 1 to 100°C/°F, a proportional band of 0.1 to 999.9°C/°F, integral and derivative times from 0 to 9999 seconds, a control period of 0.5 to 120 seconds, and a manual reset of 0.0 to 100.0%. The operating environment ranges from -10 to 50°C with 35 to 85% RH (storage -20 to 60°C, same humidity).
