Autonics TC4H-24R - Temperature Controller
The Autonics TC4H-24R is a compact DIN-format temperature controller (W48×H96 mm) with a 4-digit 7-segment LED display. It supports ON/OFF, P, PI, PD, and PID control and accepts thermocouples (K, J, L) or RTDs (Pt100, Cu50) with a 100 ms sampling cycle. Outputs include a relay (250 VAC, 3 A) or SSR drive (12 VDC), plus Alarm 1/2 options. It provides precise display accuracy for RTD and thermocouple inputs (PV ±1 digit; 0.5% or ±1–2°C depending on range). Key settings include hysteresis (1–100°C/°F), proportional band (0.1–999.9), integral and derivative times (0–9999 s), control period (0.5–120 s), and a 0–100% manual reset. Power is 100–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, with operating ambient conditions from -10 to 50°C (storage -20 to 60°C) and 35–85% RH. A precise, versatile option for compact industrial temperature control.
