Autonics TC4W-14R - Temperature Controller
The Autonics TC4W-14R is a compact DIN rail temperature controller (DIN W96×H48mm) with a 4-digit 7-segment LED display and offers control methods including ON/OFF, P, PI, PD, and PID. It accepts thermocouples (K CA, J IC, L IC) and RTD sensors (Pt100 Ω, Cu50 Ω), with a 100 ms sampling cycle. Output options are a relay (250 VAC, 3 A) or an SSR drive (12 VDC), and there is an optional Alarm 1 output. It operates on 100–240 VAC at 50/60 Hz. Display accuracy for RTD and thermocouples is specified as PV ± 1 digit, with room temperature and out-of-range conditions defined, and hysteresis is adjustable from 1 to 100℃/℉ (0.1–50.0). Proportional band ranges from 0.1 to 999.9, integral time from 0 to 9999 seconds, derivative time from 0 to 9999 seconds, and control period from 0.5 to 120.0 seconds. A manual reset of 0.0 to 100.0% is available. The operating ambient temperature is -10 to 50℃ (storage -20 to 60℃) with 35–85% RH humidity (storage 35–85% RH).
