Autonics TC4L-N4R - Temperature Controller
The Autonics TC4L-N4R is a compact DIN-rail temperature controller with DIN W96×H96mm and a 4-digit 7-segment LED display, supporting ON/OFF, P, PI, PD, and PID control. It accepts thermocouples (K CA, J IC, L IC) and RTD sensors (Pt100 Ω, Cu50 Ω) with a 100 ms sampling cycle. Output options are a relay (250 VAC, 3 A) or an SSR drive (12 VDC) for ON/OFF, phase, or cycle control, and it provides Alarm outputs. Powered by 100–240 VAC at 50/60 Hz, it maintains display accuracy for RTD and thermocouple inputs; under room conditions PV accuracy is PV ± 0.5% or ±1ºC (whichever is higher), with the same ±1-digit limit, while out-of-range conditions use PV ± 0.5% or ±2ºC. Hysteresis is adjustable from 1 to 100℃/℉ (0.1 to 50.0℃/℉), proportional band from 0.1 to 999.9℃/℉, integral and derivative times from 0 to 9999 seconds, and control period from 0.5 to 120.0 seconds, with a manual reset from 0.0 to 100.0%. The operating ambient temperature range is -10 to 50℃ (storage -20 to 60℃) and ambient humidity 35 to 85% RH (storage 35 to 85% RH).
