Autonics TC4S-14R - Temperature Controller
The Autonics TC4S-14R is a compact DIN 48×48 mm temperature controller featuring a clear 4-digit 7-segment LED display and flexible control options including ON/OFF, P, PI, PD, and PID. It accepts thermocouples K (CA), J (IC), and L (IC) as well as RTDs Pt100Ω and Cu50Ω, with a sampling cycle of 100 ms for responsive monitoring. Output choices include a relay (250 VAC up to 3 A) or an SSR drive (12 VDC special string) with modes of ON/OFF, phase, and cycle, and there is an optional Alarm 1 output for monitoring alarms. The device operates on 100–240 VAC at 50/60 Hz. Key tuning parameters include a proportional band from 0.1 to 999.9, integral and derivative times from 0 to 9999 seconds, and a control period from 0.5 to 120.0 seconds, with a manual reset adjustable from 0.0 to 100.0%. It is designed for ambient temperatures from -10 to 50°C (storage -20 to 60°C) and 35 to 85% RH (storage the same), and uses double insulation or reinforced insulation with dielectric strength between the measuring input part and the power part of AC power 2 kV and AC/DC power 1 kV for safety and reliability in industrial environments.
