Autonics TC4Y-N4R - Temperature Controller
The Autonic TC4Y-N4R is a compact DIN-rail temperature controller in a DIN W72×H36mm package featuring a 4-digit 7-segment LED display. It supports ON/OFF, P, PI, PD, and PID control and accepts thermocouples K, J, and L as well as RTDs Pt100 and Cu50. The unit samples every 100 ms and offers a relay output (250 VAC, 3 A) or an SSR drive (12 VDC, specialstring) for flexible switching options. It runs on 100–240 VAC at 50/60 Hz, with a hysteresis setting from 1 to 100 and a selectable 0.1 to 50.0 range, a Proportional Band of 0.1 to 999.9, Integral and Derivative times from 0 to 9999 s, and a Control Period of 0.5 to 120.0 s. Manual reset spans 0.0 to 100.0%. The operating environment covers ambient temperatures from -10 to 50°C (storage -20 to 60°C) and 35 to 85% RH (storage the same). Insulation is double or reinforced, with dielectric strengths specified between the measurement input and power parts (2 kV AC for power, 1 kV AC/DC for other configurations). A versatile choice for precise temperature control in compact installations.
