SITI helical and bevel-helical gearboxes and gear motors provide proven durability, high efficiency, and interchangeability. The gearboxes can be used in various applications, such as pumps, material handling, and water treatment. SITI helical-bevel gearboxes are categorized into three main types: M-PD / RP2, M-BH, and M-NHL.
M-PD / RP2
Off-set parallel helical gearboxes and gear motors from SITI provide reliability and efficiency of 0,96 (for 2-stage reduction) and 0,92 (for 3-stage reduction), with the shaft mounting benefit. SITI offers two different shaft mount designs. Both offer a wide range of sizes and ratios, output or torque arm, and the option of an internal backstop.
All PL and PD gearboxes with primary reduction are already pre-lubricated in-house. Thus they do not require any filing with oil by the customer. At the same time, the ones with two reduction stages are supplied without oil.
M-BH
Right-angle bevel-helical gearboxes and gear motors made of cast iron G25 showing a modern design casing and three reduction stages provide high efficiency of 0,92 and reliability, fitting into compact spaces. MBH / BH series are durable cast iron-designed devices utilized in all types of heavy-duty applications. They are available in 9 sizes, with four input and four output versions and a wide range of ratios.
M-BH series of gearboxes are lubricated with synthetic oil, while the larger sizes (from 63 upwards) are supplied without lubricant.
M-NHL
Inline helical gearboxes and gear motors made of case-hardening steel provide high resistance to static and dynamic stresses. A device combines flexible design, high efficiency of 0,97 (for 2-stage reduction) and 0,955 (for 3-stage reduction), and a wide range of ratios with maximum reliability in various industries and applications. They are available in 10 sizes, 2, 3, or 4 reduction stages, with three input and four output versions.
Generally, specific gearbox lubrication is required for many positions to provide the product's expected service life. The larger sizes of the M-NHL series (from 40 upwards) are supplied without lubrication. They are lubricated with oil and equipped with loading, discharge, and level plugs.
